egk33 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the egk33 platform — whether through a desktop browser, a mobile browser, or any other access method — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the egk33 platform from time to time.

Your continued use of egk33 after any modification to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those modifications. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. egk33 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes via the email address associated with their account, but egk33 is not obligated to provide individual notice of every amendment.

These terms apply to all users of the egk33 platform globally, with particular applicability to players accessing the platform from Bangladesh. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version of these terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to use the egk33 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are the rightful owner and authorised user of the payment method you use to deposit funds into your egk33 account.
• You are not a registered self-excluded player on egk33 or under any active self-exclusion or cooling-off period.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of egk33 or any affiliated entity, nor a close family member of such a person.
• You are acting as an individual in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or syndicate.
• You have not previously had an egk33 account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

egk33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification. egk33 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of an account suspension arising from an eligibility review.

Account Registration & KYC

To access the full range of egk33 services — including real-money gaming, deposits, and withdrawals — you must create a single registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and a valid email address.

One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one egk33 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

egk33 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, egk33 may require you to submit documentary proof of identity and address. Accepted documents for Bangladesh players include:

• Identity: Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or birth certificate with photo ID.
• Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or any government-issued document showing your name and residential address in Bangladesh, dated within the last three months.
• Payment method: Screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or other payment account used for deposits.

egk33 treats all KYC documentation with strict confidentiality in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Documents submitted for KYC are used solely for identity verification purposes and are not shared with third parties except where required by law or regulatory obligation.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your egk33 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. egk33 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify egk33 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on egk33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). egk33 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Tap, and SureCash. egk33 does not currently accept international credit or debit cards or cryptocurrency payments.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed at the point of deposit within your egk33 account dashboard.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad typically credit to your egk33 wallet within three minutes under normal network conditions.
• egk33 does not charge any platform-side fee for standard deposits. Any fees levied by your mobile banking provider are your responsibility.
• You must only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where technically possible, with any associated costs deducted.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are published in your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.
• egk33 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
• egk33 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending a review of account activity, particularly where unusual betting patterns or potential policy breaches are identified.
• Bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements applicable to any bonus are stated clearly in the relevant promotion terms at the time the bonus is offered.

Bonuses & Promotions

egk33 offers promotional bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence with respect to that promotion only.

• Bonuses are credited in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) to your egk33 bonus wallet, separate from your real-money balance.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• egk33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such action does not unfairly prejudice players who have already qualified for and are actively progressing through a bonus wagering requirement.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or use of automated software to exploit promotions — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, voiding of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Players may only claim each promotional offer once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Duplicate accounts created for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses will be treated as a breach of these terms.
• egk33 may, at its sole discretion, exclude certain players from eligibility for specific promotions based on account history, betting patterns, or previous promotional abuse.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered user of egk33, you agree to use the platform in good faith, in compliance with these terms, and in a manner that does not harm, disrupt, or compromise the experience of other players or the integrity of the platform itself.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on egk33:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other point during your use of the platform.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards in poker, or otherwise undermine the fairness of any game on egk33.
• Match fixing and insider information: Placing bets using material non-public information relating to a sporting event, or placing bets as part of a scheme to fix or influence the outcome of that event.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Money laundering: Using the egk33 platform as a vehicle for processing, concealing, or legitimising funds derived from criminal activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals in respect of genuine deposits made to your egk33 account.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one egk33 account for any purpose, including to circumvent a suspension, to claim multiple bonuses, or to obscure identity.
• Technical exploitation: Exploiting any bug, glitch, or technical vulnerability in the egk33 platform software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through technical exploitation will be voided.
• Harassment: Using egk33 communication channels (including live chat and customer support) to harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate egk33 staff or other players.

egk33 reserves the right to take immediate action — up to and including permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances — against any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct. egk33 may also refer evidence of criminal activity to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

Intellectual Property

All content on the egk33 platform — including but not limited to the egk33 brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, graphics, text, game assets, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of egk33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the egk33 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any egk33 content without prior written permission.
• Use the egk33 brand name, logo, or any egk33 trademark in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology forming part of the egk33 platform.
• Create derivative works based on any egk33 content or platform functionality.

Game titles, logos, and related assets displayed on egk33 remain the intellectual property of their respective software providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. egk33 uses these assets under valid licence agreements with each provider.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, egk33 and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to your use of — or inability to use — the egk33 platform, even if egk33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, egk33 accepts no liability for:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or network disruptions beyond egk33's reasonable control.
• Game outcomes that are the result of certified random number generation operating correctly — RNG outcomes are by definition unpredictable and beyond egk33's control.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Temporary platform unavailability resulting from scheduled maintenance, emergency infrastructure work, or force majeure events.
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures that are outside egk33's control.
• Any taxation liability arising from gaming winnings in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to understand and comply with any tax obligations applicable to your winnings.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit egk33's liability for death or personal injury caused by egk33's negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your egk33 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus balances subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Suspension by egk33: egk33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match fixing.
• Multiple account creation.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
• Reasonable belief that an account is being operated by a person under 18 years of age.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).

In the event of account closure for breach of these terms, egk33 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, any balance attributable to fraudulent activity or policy abuse may be forfeited.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising between you and egk33 relating to your use of the platform, these terms, or any transaction conducted on egk33, the following dispute resolution process applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: In the first instance, raise your complaint with egk33 customer support via the contact details provided at the foot of this page. egk33 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by customer support, you may escalate the complaint to egk33's management team by stating clearly in writing that you are escalating the matter. egk33's management will review the complaint and provide a final decision within 15 business days of escalation.
• Step 3 — Independent Review: If the complaint remains unresolved following escalation, both parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal action.

Nothing in this dispute resolution process limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. egk33 does not attempt to exclude or restrict any right that you have by law that cannot be excluded or restricted.

Amendments to These Terms

egk33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, egk33 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via the email address associated with their account.

It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the egk33 platform after the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease use of the platform and may request account closure.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarification of existing provisions, or updates to reflect changes in payment method availability — may be made without specific player notification and take effect immediately upon publication.
